Asnières: construction site dragging, external financing, “opaque” management… Tension rises at the mosque

Part of the office of the Al-Hidayah religious association has just filed a complaint against the president of this structure which manages the mosque.

Eleven people thus took legal action against Abdelkader Achebouche, 94 years old, for breach of trust, failure to declare the religious nature of an association, non-compliance with the obligation to declare benefits and resources of foreign origin, failure preparation of annual accounts and violation of accounting obligations.

In the crosshairs, the management considered very personal and the presumed total absence of transparency of the president.
