The Russian president's speech has not deviated since.
After the attack on Crocus City Hall, which left at least 144 dead and 285 injured in the suburbs of Moscow, the message was essentially the same:
“An unenviable fate awaits the terrorists, the assassins, the subhumans (… ): punishment and oblivion.
They have no future.”
However, these voluntary and virilist statements have not had any significant effect on the terrorist threat for 25 years.
