During the seventh edition of "Well@Work - A holistic vision of well-being", an event organized this morning by Hrc Group at the Olympic Stadium in Rome, the CEO of Sport and Health (the 'in house' company of the Ministry of Sport and has the Ministry of Economy as its 100% shareholder) Diego Nepi Molineris stated that "our aim is to develop sport in Italy", where "for us every additional child that we bring closer" to the various disciplines, as is "every additional system that we manage to create", starting from the activity that was developed "in the area of the Caivano green park", in the Neapolitan area (place scene of recent violence against minors, ed.).
A commitment in line with what was stated by the president of CeoForLife and HRC Group Giordano Fatali: "Our objective remains that of bringing together public and private, creating networks of collective intelligence, to ensure that the institutions, CEOs and managers of the largest Italian companies together with the new generations work together to build a better Italy", creating "sustainable projects", he added.
From the stage of the Capitoline event, the managing director of HRC Community Marco Gallo argued that "today institutions, 'wellbeing' experts, companies and organizations are together to discuss all facets of well-being in the workplace, and not only, to bring to attention important reflections regarding well-being, today more than ever put to the test by continuous financial, emotional and value instability".
Finally, he underlined, "Well@Work is not just an event dedicated to well-being, health and sport, but above all it represents a promise: that of building a future in which well-being becomes a central pillar of our existence, in place of work, in companies and in everyday life".
