First his motorcycle was seized, then a biker insulted two Kochler construction yard employees.

They were concerned for his safety as he traveled on foot on the B11.

Kochel - On Wednesday (March 20th), police officers (from the motorcycle control group of the Upper Bavaria South police headquarters) seized the motorcycle of a 35-year-old from Munich around midday.

Due to very significant defects, the Yamaha was towed on the Kesselberg section of the B11, the Kochel police station said.

The man then went on foot towards Kochel in full motorcycle clothing and a helmet.

Apparently the man from Munich was so angry about the police check and the situation that, according to the police, he deliberately walked in the middle of the federal highway.

In doing so, he accepted that he would be hit by a car.

Two employees of the Kochel construction yard then asked the angry biker to leave the road and use the shoulder.

The 35-year-old insulted the two community employees (both 39) with “massive obscene gestures,” according to the statement.

And this despite the fact that they drove behind the man in the emergency vehicle to protect him from danger from other road users.

They called the police, who identified the motorcyclist's details and expelled him.

The man is now facing charges of insult.
