The Genoa flying squad arrested a 47-year-old janitor employed in a middle school on charges of aggravated sexual assault on a minor.

The boy, 15 years old, had gone to say goodbye to him at home.

Once he arrived, according to the complaint filed with the police, the janitor began to molest him and the minor struggled.

The abuse continued at the entrance and when the boy tried to leave the man partially undressed him.

At that point the 15-year-old tried to escape but the man stood in front of the door preventing him from leaving.

The boy then kicked him and ran away.

Once he arrived on the street, the boy called his mother and together with the lawyer Ilaria Tulino they went to the police where they filed a complaint.

It was the same parents who told their son to visit the operator, who lives in the same building as his grandfather, because they were grateful after the man had helped the boy who had fallen ill.

The investigation was handed over to the public prosecutor Federico Panichi, of the weak groups pool.

In recent weeks the boy was heard during the evidentiary incident at the end of which judge Elisa Campagna accepted the request for arrest.

The janitor, defended by the lawyer Matteo Carpi, rejected the accusations.
