Martin Sellner used to be at the head of the right-wing extremist Identitarian movement in Austria.
Last year he spoke about remigration in Potsdam.
That has consequences - now Sellner is reacting.
Potsdam - The former head of the right-wing extremist Identitarian movement in Austria, Martin Sellner, is resisting the nationwide entry ban in Brandenburg's state capital Potsdam.
“We have an urgent application pending,” said the spokesman for the Potsdam Administrative Court, Ruben Langer, to the German Press Agency on Tuesday.
Sellner's lawyer's application is directed against the city's entry ban order of March 22nd.
This establishes the loss of the right to freedom of movement in the EU.
A nationwide entry ban was issued against Sellner.
He had announced that he would take action against it.
Sellner said he spoke about so-called remigration at a meeting of radical right-wingers in a Potsdam villa in November.
What he means by this is that people with foreign roots have to leave the country en masse, including people with a German passport.
The city of Potsdam confirmed that it had obtained the decision against an EU citizen.
The right-wing thinker announced in a video that urgent and main proceedings would be brought against it.
