Stellantis and metalworkers' unions in Turin have signed an agreement on incentives for the voluntary exit of 1,520 workers employed in 21 group companies in the area, out of a pool of about 12,000 employees in total, the Uilm union branch of Turin reported Tuesday.
In detail, 733 incentivized exits are foreseen in the central structures (office workers and middle managers) and 300 exits at the Mirafiori coachworks.
The Italian-French-US carmaker has confirmed its commitment to its Italian plants.
