Do you think it's okay that
Javier Milei
tweets at night?
Do you see him aggressive?
How do you think a runoff with
Sergio Massa
would go today ?
A
new national survey
, with questions of this tone, reached the hands of
Cristina Kirchner
.
It was done by
Analogies
, the consulting firm that has been measuring for the former presidential family for years.
Between March 19 and 22, the firm conducted a
national survey
of
2,506 cases
and presented the results with +/- 2%.
To facilitate the analysis of the study,
Clarín
divided the results into three parts.
The balance is interesting for Milei: because although there are data that predictably look bad for him - all linked to the adjustment -, his image still garners more support than rejection and the majority holds the previous Government - which included Cristina by the way - more responsible for the current price increase.
Part 1: depress wages and activity to lower inflation
The first section of the study includes several traditional situation questions.
The image of the President, economic expectations and the impact of the adjustment.
The
most provocative
part of this part, perhaps, is when the interviewees are asked
what they think of the Government's decision to "depress wages and activity to lower inflation
. "

Some results, as explained, are relatively good for Milei.
For example:
she still has a more positive image (47.6%) than a negative one (46.4%)
and
economic expectations two years from now are more optimistic (48.3%) than pessimistic (41.3%)
.
The impact of the adjustment appears in the must
:
55.3%
say that
it is being applied "to workers and retirees"
and only 26% "to the political caste" (PS: as promised during the campaign);
and
51.4% reject the fall in activity and salaries
as a formula
to contain prices
.
Part 2: social and union resistance against adjustment
The second section maintains certain traditional approaches, but includes an interesting one that
Analogies
has been measuring , regarding
"social and union resistance to adjustment
. "
With a result that should keep
the Government alert
:
62.3%
assure that there will be between
"a lot" and "quite a lot"
.

More concerned about their image, if they attend to this type of surveys, would have to be
mass consumption companies
.
According to
80.8%
of those interviewed, these firms
"take advantage of the deregulation of the economy to apply exaggerated increases
. "
Then, this part closes with three questions about Milei's proposals/measures with a negative balance: 45.7% do not agree with privatizing state companies (against 38.1% who do); 53.7% question raising service rates to reduce the fiscal deficit; and 57.6% oppose dollarizing the economy, a very strong campaign slogan that faded during the administration.
Part 3: Milei tweeter and aggressive
At the end of the work
the hottest and most curious questions
appear .
For example, the three with which the note begins are included.
With these results:
54.3
% think it is incorrect that the President tweets at night
(30% support it) and
the exact same percentage sees him as an "aggressive" style
(against 27.2% who define him as "conciliatory").

Regarding whether the head-to-head against Massa were repeated today, Milei barely won: 39.6% against 38%, with 8.3% blank votes and 14.1% undecided.
Another filter in which it remains successful is regarding inheritance:
39% blame the previous Government for the current price increase
, against 31.8% who point to Milei's.
14.3% see them both equally guilty and 14.9% do not know.
