Burglaries are also down by 27.11% in one year and assault and battery by 2.75%.
Conversely, sexual violence increased by 18.49%.
“Training of police officers, social workers, all conditions are created to welcome victims in the best conditions
,” state services indicated to explain this increase in complaints.

Figures in line with those already published for the Rhône department in 2023 which also showed a drop in violence.
