INTERVIEW - Michel Duclos, former French ambassador to the United Nations, has just published a note for the Montaigne Institute where he examines different scenarios for Russia, against a backdrop of Western economic sanctions and demographic decline.


Michel Duclos is former French Ambassador to the United Nations (2002-2006), Syria (2006-2009) and Switzerland (2012-2014).

Now special advisor on Geopolitics and Diplomacy at the Montaigne Institute, he has just published a note entitled
