A stimulus to raise awareness, qualify, train and accompany tertiary companies in the process of ecological transition: this is the aim of the new initiative conceived by Confcommercio (carried out in collaboration with the Sant'Anna Higher University School of Pisa and Enea, and with the patronage of the ministry of the Environment and Energy Security) entitled 'Imprendigreen', presented this morning in Rome, at the headquarters of the Confederation led by Carlo Sangalli.
The program bets on the qualification of the productive realities and the associations that have invested in sustainability, so that, it was explained, they can "bring out the most innovative good practices and spread and replicate increasingly "green" behaviors. In this way we want to develop and encourage new entrepreneurship in the transition from from a linear to a circular economy model, to seize the opportunities put in place by the 'European Green Deal' and the Italian Pnrr (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), to promote innovation and sustainability in the production, distribution and consumption processes".
The Confcommercio environmental qualification system, it has been illustrated, "is divided into a series of tools, services and 'ad hoc' training activities with the assignment of a brand to the companies and associations that have distinguished themselves most on sustainability issues" and the recognition will be issued upon reaching a minimum score threshold determined by the Sant'Anna University School of Pisa "on the basis of the most authoritative national and international standards".
To participate in the initiative you need to register on the imprendigreen.confcommercio.it website and follow the instructions for completing the questionnaire.
