During an argument, a 19-year-old man is said to have fatally injured someone in Nienburg.
As the police announced on Wednesday, there was a verbal argument and a physical altercation between several people in the town in the Salzland district on Tuesday afternoon for reasons that were initially unknown.
A 38-year-old person was fatally injured.
Nienburg - According to the current state of the investigation, the accused is said to have affected the person with an initially unknown object during the argument, as the police explained.
The victim died of his injuries on the way to a hospital.
The suspect was temporarily arrested but later released.
According to the police, the 19-year-old is being investigated on suspicion of grievous bodily harm resulting in death.
