Dairy billionaire Theo Müller maintains contacts with the AfD.
A manager now draws conclusions and leaves the company.
Munich - After dairy entrepreneur Theo Müller met with AfD boss Alice Weidel and described the right-wing politician as a "friend" in an interview with the
Neue Züricher Zeitung (NZZ),
there are the first consequences at the company's management level.
Thomas Ingelfinger is leaving the dairy group, which is known for Landliebe and Müllermilch, among other things.
The former board member of Nivea manufacturer Beiersdorf is leaving the board of directors of the Theo Müller group as a result of Müller's AfD meeting.
Manager Magazine first reported on it and cited the manager's companions.
The Luxembourg-based company confirmed Ingelfinger's departure to the

on Monday, March 25th .

a new job plays a role: Thomas Ingelfinger has been a member of the supervisory board at ProSiebenSat.1 since June 30, 2023.
Müller's involvement is said to have been viewed increasingly critically there.
Ingelfinger did not want to comment on his motives when asked by the magazine.
