Florian Silbereisen normally hosts at least six hit shows per year - but in 2024, ARD will have to cancel one show.

Berlin – Florian Silbereisen (42) has been the figurehead of the hit on ARD for 20 years now.
As the successor to Carmen Nebel (67), he moderates the “Feste” shows – these are usually six events a year, each with a theme.
But in 2024, fans will have to do without a broadcast with the entertainer.
When the “Schlagerstrandparty” is supposed to be celebrated in the summer, there are other major events coming up.

Just in time for his 40th birthday, Florian Silbereisen appeared on stage for the first time in 2021 as the presenter of “The Big Schlagerstrandparty”.
It was the starting signal for a new series of events with which the pop stars want to celebrate summer year after year.
In 2022 and 2023, the host also welcomed the big names in the music world to a party in the Gelsenkirchen Amphitheater - because the “Schlagerstrandparty” was not live in 2023, Florian Silbereisen angered the fans.
Last year's 80s theme will not be followed by a 90s party.
Because in 2024 “The Big Schlagerstrandparty” will have to take a break in the summer – this is reported

The reason for this should not be difficult to guess, especially for sports fans.
Because this year there are two highlights that extend over the summer months.
First up is the European Football Championship in our own country - kick-off is in June.
From July 26th to August 11th, athletes will fight for medals at the Summer Olympics.
“The Festivals” with Florian Silbereisen
An integral part of a hit year with Florian Silbereisen currently includes the “Schlagerchampions – The Big Festival of the Best”, the “Schlagerboom” in autumn and the “Advent Festival of 100,000 Lights”.
There are usually two other festivals with a special motto.
In 2021, the summer festival was reintroduced under the name “The Big Hit Beach Party”.
“Schlagerstrandparty” has to give way: ARD is broadcasting that instead
So far, the “Schlagerstrandparty” with Florian Silbereisen has always been broadcast in July or August - so the Olympic Games should be on the program right then.
While ARD and ZDF were unable to secure all the rights to broadcast the European Football Championship (34 of the 51 games are shown on free TV, the rest on Magenta TV), the Olympics will be shown linearly.

ARD, ZDF and Eurosport have secured the rights until 2032.
As a rule, the channels alternate broadcasting on a daily basis.
This year the reporters and presenters will welcome the viewers from Paris.
But viewers don't have to do without hits entirely this year.
The other “festivals” will probably take place “as normal”.
The “hit anniversary” in March was replaced by “The big hit surprise for Florian Silbereisen!”
