Markus Söder regularly and enthusiastically shows what he likes to eat on Instagram.
During the state visit to China there was breakfast that he didn't touch.
Munich – Markus Söder is currently in China.
Bavaria's Prime Minister is on a state visit there - and posted photos of panda bears, among other things.
He seems to like the country, but not every food from the Middle Kingdom is well received by the CSU boss.
Chicken feet, duck tongues, rabbit heads: Söder “doesn’t eat that”
“At six in the morning in Germany: time for breakfast.
It's already time for lunch here in China.
Some highlights: chicken feet, duck tongues and rabbit heads.
I'll be honest: #söder doesn't eat it... But if you like it," he wrote about three photos on Instagram on March 26th.

Söder skips food in China: “Always pick out the fillet pieces”
The post is a template for some critics: “#söderisst like he does politics: always pick out the fillet pieces and others can take care of the unappetizing rest,” one man comments on the post.
“The sustainable way is to eat the whole animal... there's not much to it, but if you eat duck, you can also eat duck tongue.
It's just a muscle.

Others, on the other hand, show more understanding: “I think I would prefer a few white sausages with a wheat beer” or “But I didn’t want that.
“You don’t have to eat everything,” say several people.
“At least try it,” one person would have wished.
Maybe Söder will do that on another occasion, after all he is still traveling in China until March 28th.
