The police ask the rescuer to come forward.
Last Monday evening, a jogger observed a 65-year-old from the northern district fall into the river, the police said.
The jogger asked passers-by to make an emergency call and secured the person.
The jogger and the police officers who arrived were able to rescue the 65-year-old from the water.
He came to quickly and was only slightly injured.
The cause of the fall was health problems.
