Take it with humor” Cathy Hummels wants to fight against prejudices with her DHL Packstation photos. By “letter” she probably means exactly the message in question. A Munich A-list celebrity chose a rather unusual outfit to go to a DHL packing station.

There's a message behind it that unfortunately doesn't reach everyone.

Munich – Cathy Hummels likes to consciously polarize with her social media posts, for example because she wants to initiate a debate.

A few months ago, she explained that she often caused a lack of understanding when she visited discount stores.

Now the Munich-based influencer has staged another eye-catching video.

“This is how I always go to the post office,” she writes in her Instagram story and shows what she means: Hummels is wearing a long red sweatshirt, obviously no pants, but cozy slippers.

According to the text overlay it should say: “Don’t have any prejudices.

Take it with humor.”

Cathy Hummels at DHL Packstation: “I just sent a letter.

Hopefully the message gets across.”

The – of course deliberately exaggerated – exchange of words in front of the DHL packing station with her friend Anna, who is filming the whole thing: “Tell me, Cathy, where are you going?” asks her friend.

“Uh, to the DHL packing station, why?

Is there something wrong with me?" - "Nope, everything's fine." - "Do you have a problem?" - "Nope, everything's fine.

You can just do it.” – “Do you have a problem, do you have a prejudice, or what?

Do you have a prejudice?” – “You can do it like that, go now.

Go.

And get your package.

If anyone can do it, it’s you. Like that.”

What she wants to express with this - meaning: everyone is allowed to dress how they want - is backed up by Hummels with a post including four photos: “I just sent a letter.

Hopefully the message gets across.

“Check my story,” says Hummels.

By “letter” she probably means exactly the message in question.

Unfortunately, this term seems to confuse some fans.

“Okay, how does that work?

“Send a letter at a parcel service provider’s packing station?” is just one of a few corresponding reactions.

Cathy Hummels at DHL Packstation: Some fans celebrate her outfit, others misunderstand her

Others actually commented on her outfit for the DHL packing station: “More than awesome!

I love it", "Outfit is great", "Cool sweater and shoes", "You're a dream", "Great pictures", "That's how I always go to the parcel box", "Why do you have rabbits on your feet?" or “Now that’s funny,” they write.

But there are also plenty of hateful comments, which one fan summarizes as follows: “No, unfortunately the message doesn't get through... if you look at these comments again and, shockingly, mostly from women.

It's true that you shouldn't have any prejudices based on an outfit, pictures, etc. It's a shame that for some people the irritation caused by the word "letter" predominates and that there were misunderstandings surrounding the positive message.

Cathy Hummels recently caught the attention of passers-by in the middle of Munich's pedestrian zone.
