An 18-year-old homeless man, already known to the police, was arrested Monday evening in Nantes, Beaulieu district.
He is suspected of having raped a 23-year-old woman who was returning home, as revealed by

It was 10:50 p.m. this Monday March 25 when the young woman was dragged into the premises of her building.
The suspect performs oral sex on her, puts a trash bag in her mouth, hits her, strangles her and steals her phone.
Placed in police custody
Three witnesses make the individual flee.
Thanks to a precise description of his profile, the police arrested him forty minutes later, in possession of the victim's phone.
He is placed in police custody in the premises of the Nantes central police station.
The victim, shocked, was taken to hospital.
She shows signs of strangulation and a sunken eyebrow.
She had to take exams at the University Hospital.
