It was resolved by the Buenos Aires Cassation Chamber I, which analyzed the appeals to the ruling that had acquitted him.
Pachelo had been acquitted last Friday, December 2, 2022 by the Oral Criminal Court (TOC) 4 of San Isidro for the crime of "
homicide triple aggravated
by having been committed with the use of a firearm, for his criminis commission cause and aggravated by treachery in real competition of the crime of robbery qualified by the use of weapons".
After the ruling, prosecutors Patricio Ferrari, Andrés Quintana and Federico González presented an appeal to the Court since in the trial they had requested that Pachelo be convicted as the author of the crime, which is the appeal that has now been resolved with Cassation.
