This Wednesday, the Groupement des hôtelleries et restorations (GHR), the professional organization, which claims 5,000 restaurants, cafes, hotels in Île-de-France, presented a survey according to which 96% of Parisians questioned — a sample of 1 001 people — say they frequent the capital's terraces.
“The terraces are a Parisian breath,” enthuses Pascal Mousset, president of the GHR.
