After Miriam Stockl, Michi Mohr is also saying goodbye to the Rosenheim cops.
And suddenly a new inspector appears again.
The essentials in brief:
Miriam Stockl will no longer be seen on the Rosenheim Cops until the end of the current season.

That is actually unthinkable.
After all, both main characters have been there since the first season.
But that's exactly what fans of the ZDF series are experiencing now.
Luckily it's just a temporary thing.

Stockl will no longer be seen this season; actress Burger has already needed a break in the past.
The technology-obsessed Dominik Meis (Younes Tissinte) has temporarily taken over her desk.
But Stockl will almost certainly return there next season starting in the fall.

Mohr also takes a mini-mini break of less than a whole episode.
At the beginning of the episode “Oh, how beautiful is California” (aired March 12th), he can still be seen in the secretariat, and is then replaced by colleague Pia Arnbruck (Katharina Plank, 25) because he has to go to data protection training, which he was completely sweaty about .
So for the rest of the episode she does his job.

Rosenheim cops: Suddenly Sandra Hecht from Bremerhaven is investigating
And something else is new on March 12th, which Mohr introduces with “What a new colleague?”: Inspector Julia Beck (Michaela Weingartner, 33), herself still fresh on board with the Rosenheim cops, had to go to further training and is replaced by a temporary investigator: Sandra Hecht, played by Thekla Hartmann, comes to Rosenheim from Bremerhaven.
That's quite a lot of innovations to cope with in a series that thrives on its consistency.
The most astonishing one is probably temporary investigator Hecht from Bremerhaven.
The personality has not yet been widely reported in press articles or official announcements; it has only been found out from individual social media posts.
By the way, actress Hartmann really comes from the far north, was born in Bremen in 1993, even though she has lived and worked in Munich for many years.

Some Rosenheim Cops fans are already caught off guard by the triple change.
Because the episode “Oh, how beautiful is California” is already available in the ZDF media library.
“I'm currently watching the current episode... What happened to Michi Mohr and Ms. Stockl?” wonders a user in a large Facebook fan group, probably referring to the episode in question.
“There’s no salt in the soup!” is one of the more harmless criticisms in the reactions.
Rosenheim Cops fans are annoyed: “This constant replacement of inspectors is annoying!”
It also says: “Michi is on further training and Pia Arnbruck is used again, even the Beck is replaced by a Hecht.
The fact that someone familiar is still playing is a miracle.” Or: “This constant replacement of commissioners is annoying!
It's no longer fun to watch!

Others are less annoyed by the changes and more complaining about them.
“Just stay calm, this is all for the foreseeable future.
Then everyone will be back, so watch the episodes as long as you like or leave it and wait,” one person wrote.
And another: “My God, Stockl needs a vacation too.
I find it refreshing to see someone else sitting there, but I'll be happy when Ms. Stockl is back.
Michi was there!” That’s right, Mohr wasn’t even missing for a whole episode.
He will be in action again on March 19th, when Sandra Hecht investigates again on a temporary basis alongside Anton Stadler (Dieter Fischer, 52).
And hopefully everyone – Stockl and Mohr – will be reunited again next season.
