Highlights: Thiago, 13, was found dead inside a commercial freezer in Córdoba. Autopsy report ruled out blows or a personal attack on the victim. A part of the family insists that it was a homicide. The main hypothesis of Justice is oriented towards a domestic accident, rather than an intentional episode. However, Claudia and Belén Jaime, the young man's grandmother and mother, maintain that "Thiago was killed." And their suspicions point to the boy's uncle who "didn't want him"

The forensic body submitted the first expert report and the prosecutor's office is awaiting the results of the complementary studies. A part of the family insists that it was a homicide.

While the Police move forward with the investigation into the death of

Thiago

, the 13-year-old boy who was found dead inside a commercial freezer in

Córdoba

, there is new data that aims to clarify the teenager's horrific death.

The initial autopsy report

was released

, which would point to a dramatic domestic accident, rather than a homicide as part of the victim's family insists.

Thiago

died electrocuted by an electric shock

from the freezer.

This was determined by the report issued by the forensic body, which also added that he did not have any other types of injuries.

It is ruled out that there were blows or a personal attack on the victim, according to the newspaper La Voz.

Claudia Palacios, the prosecutor carrying out the case, expects complementary studies to be carried out to compare with some of the hypotheses raised: the presence of drugs or some type of substance inside the boy's body can distort the investigative course.

The case remains open and in the full investigative stage.

For now, investigators continue taking testimonies.

Part of the family, together with their lawyer

, insists that a statement be taken from one of Thiago's uncles

, whom they point out as a possible culprit of the homicide.

“That poor boy's family is divided: they point from one sector to another.

There are particularities in that family group that do not close and strange things that the case raises

.

But there is an autopsy and a study that indicates that that poor boy died after receiving a shock of electricity when he got inside the device.

And the main hypothesis is that it was a domestic accident

," said one of the investigative sources.

"The boy was dressed when he died, after entering that appliance that was plugged in and, in that context,

he received a powerful shock that ended up causing his death

. The forensic report certifies that the minor did not receive blows or any type of abuse or aggression "he continued.

The boy's body was found frozen inside a commercial freezer during the early hours of last Wednesday in a house located in the Panamericano neighborhood of Córdoba capital.

The discovery was made by the grandmother, around 1 in the morning.

The main hypothesis of Justice is oriented towards a domestic accident, rather than an intentional episode.

However, Claudia and Belén Jaime, the young man's grandmother and mother, maintain that "Thiago was killed."

And their suspicions point to the boy's uncle who "didn't want him."

A hypothesis supported by the lawyer who represents the family, Carlos Nayi.

“Here, both the mother and his grandmother say that this was not a prank, that they killed Thiago and rehearsed a series of strange circumstances that do not fit an accident,” Nayi said this Tuesday.

The complaint stated that the freezer was not in use and that it was plugged in that night.

And that he had a blanket and a backpack belonging to the victim on him.

To this data they added that the person identified as a "murderer" hated the boy and treated him in a "denigrating" manner, according to what they said.
