A butcher sets new standards in sausage art with her gold-crowned bratwurst and triumphs across Europe.
Another regional butcher is also shining on the international stage.
“The Golden Bratwurst goes to…” – this is how the moment could be described when the butcher was awarded the coveted “Golden Bratwurst 2024” for her unique sausage creations.
This prize, which was awarded to her at the prestigious European sausage competition of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Goûte Andouille de Jargeau, is considered the highest honor for sausages in Europe.
