    Italy is in 79th place in the world out of 146 nations in the Global Gender Gap Index ranking which measures the gender gap in terms of economic and political participation, health and education level.

A situation which, however, is changing, among operators and subjects of the productive fabric, also due to new European and ministerial guidelines for the Uni 125:2022 certification regarding gender equality in the workplace, implemented by companies and organisations.


    "We are not the same! Towards gender equality" (Fallin Lov) - this is the title of the essay - is an agile updated guide, concerning the main indicators for a company in the name of concrete equality.

Interviews, essays, analyzes and systematic discussions make up a mosaic of solutions to be adopted for an inclusive future.

In addition to representing an investigation into gender stereotypes, the text offers tools to try to overcome them.

The author is Elisabetta Pieragostini, already winner of the Rosanna Santarelli Award for her contribution to innovation.

Marche native, writer (three novels), blogger and entrepreneur with her family business, she looks to a human-centric business model, oriented towards development at the service of individuals and advanced on the front of ecological transition and social responsibility.
