Yesterday, Tuesday afternoon, a young woman in Starnberg found a wallet in a supermarket parking lot.
Inside was 750 euros.

The woman took the wallet and took it to the Starnberg police station.

The personal details were exchanged because the loser wanted to thank the lady and show her appreciation.

According to the police, lost property should primarily be handed in to the lost property office or alternatively to any police station.
Anyone who takes lost property and keeps it is guilty of embezzlement.
