Restaurants in Germany have won a whole galaxy of Michelin stars. These German dishes were probably simply overlooked.
As is well known, tastes differ depending on the country and of course also individually on the person. There are a few things you can do to determine whether a restaurant is really good. Taste, quality and service play a major role in culinary well-being.
Germany is really hitting the ground running when it comes to taste, as more Michelin stars were awarded here in 2024 than ever before. A total of 340 restaurants can adorn themselves with at least one star.✨ Ten of them have already received a third star, the highest award from the “Guide Michelin”. And this despite the fact that the catering industry is still struggling with a shortage of staff and rising prices.
We are of course happy about these many awards, but I think that some culinary highlights in Germany were left out. That's why I've collected these again in pictures for you:
