Munich Airport is expanding its flight offering from summer 2024. This includes many popular long-haul destinations, but inner-European destinations are also new.

reports, a total of 3,300 departures per week are planned for the summer flight schedule, an increase of twelve percent compared to the previous year.

Munich Airport: Lufthansa is expanding its offering in turbulent times
The new offer, which is particularly offered by Lufthansa, comes at a time when the crane airline often attracted attention due to turbulence in its own ranks. Several strikes, including those by ground staff, led to a number of flight cancellations and angry passengers. Another strike-related shutdown of large parts of the airports was averted at Easter, which should provide great relief for holidaymakers. This year too, many people in the region are choosing to fly to spend the holidays far away.
