The pontiff, who on Tuesday published a video in which he spoke about the situation of violence and insecurity that exists in the city of Rosario related to drug trafficking, responded with his letter to a letter that the vice governor had sent him.
"Dear lady. Thank you for your letter. I was impressed to see the meaning of government as service. Thank you very much for your testimony," the Pope wrote in his message.
"I pray for you, please continue to do so for me. I wish you a Holy Easter," Francisca added in her message.
