Just a few days ago, “Let's Dance” professionals Renata Lusin and Valentin Lusin became parents to a little daughter. The new mom now reveals details about the “extremely painful” birth on Instagram.
Düsseldorf - The two “Let's Dance” professionals Renata Lusin (36) and Valentin Lusin (37) are currently on cloud nine: a few days ago the two professional dancers became parents for the first time. After three miscarriages, daughter Stella is an absolute dream child. On Instagram, the new mom can't stop raving and shares insights into her everyday life as a mom with her around 234,000 followers. As Lusin now reports in one of her Instagram stories, the birth of daughter Stella was anything but a pleasure – and “extremely painful”!

Despite the apparently difficult birth, daughter Stella would develop excellently, according to the “Let's Dance” dancer. Even her midwife was surprised: her daughter was already “like a one-month-old baby. Already so active and stable. She probably did sports with me,” Lusin proudly explains to her fans.
She would now enjoy getting to know each other with her husband Valentin Lusin. “We spend so much time sleeping and cuddling with the little one. “Just enjoy our time,” says the professional dancer. The nights are currently rather short because she has to breastfeed every two hours, but luckily that works well, says Lusin.
Pelvic floor muscles to blame for difficult birth?
Lusin is extremely happy that she is doing so well physically again, because the birth of daughter Stella was anything but easy for the “Let's Dance” dancer. “My pelvic floor was too tight for the birth,” reveals Lusin in her Instagram story. “The little one just couldn’t get through my pelvic floor. I had been pushing for three hours. That was awesome. The birth was extremely hard, extremely painful,” said the professional dancer.
A detailed report is currently too intimate for the new mother. But despite the painful birth, the joy prevails because “in the end you forget everything when you hold the little one in your arms”.

The two “Let's Dance” dance professionals announced their pregnancy with daughter Stella in September 2023 after Renata Lusin had to cope with her third miscarriage at the beginning of the year. Daughter Stella finally saw the light of day on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Renata Lusin recently shared a sweet baby photo of her daughter.
