Police are looking for the driver of a van who overtook a risky accident and caused damage to oncoming traffic after an accident.
Röhrmoos - A 34-year-old woman from Röhrmoos had to evade the DAH 3 district road in her Audi on Wednesday morning to avoid a head-on collision with an overtaking vehicle. Her vehicle was damaged, but she and her passengers, her 35-year-old husband and their three-year-old child, remained uninjured.
The person who caused the accident turns around, but then runs away
The incident occurred last Wednesday, March 27th, around 9:40 a.m. on the route from Markt Indersdorf towards Großinzemoos. According to the Dachau police station, a van was coming towards the family when a car behind it started to overtake. The driver of the overtaking vehicle, a silver-gray station wagon, continued his journey, turned around in Markt Indersdorf and drove past the scene of the accident again before leaving the scene of the accident without permission.
The police have started an investigation into unauthorized removal from the scene of the accident and are asking for information from witnesses about how the accident happened, the vehicle that caused it and the driver responsible. In particular, the driver of the overtaken van is asked to call 0 81 31/56 10.
