Normality has returned to the Reichlinger kindergarten: The community is happy to have a specialist to manage the kindergarten again. And now the municipality's main concern is to realize the planned branch in Ludenhausen as soon as possible.

- “We hope to be able to complete the kindergarten expansion as quickly as possible,” recently explained Vice Mayor Bernhard Pössinger. The municipal vice president remains responsible for the kindergarten area in the municipality. He took on this task after Mayor Johannes Hintersberger's wife took over as interim kindergarten manager.

Communication about all concerns regarding kindergarten continues to take place between the deputy mayor and the new kindergarten director Karin Bruckmayer. Both sides emphasize that the cooperation between the community and the kindergarten is very good.
The rough planning is already in place
The community is committed to making progress with the renovation of the old school in Ludenhausen. As reported, rooms are to be created there for two groups: a regular group and a crèche group. The rough planning is already in place, but details such as heating and ventilation planning are still missing.
The planning is carried out in close coordination with the kindergarten. “It looks promising. I think it will be a nice facility,” says the new director.

Bruckmayer really likes it at the Reichlinger kindergarten. She praises the good cooperation in the team. The cooperation with the parents is also very good. And the parents' council is very committed, emphasizes the 51-year-old. The atmosphere in the kindergarten is very familiar and there is a good atmosphere.

The “Wurzberg Oasis” isn’t all that new for the new leader anyway: she had already worked there as a group leader from 2004 to 2014. And now the social worker, who grew up on Lake Chiemsee and has lived in Reichling for 20 years, is not only in charge of the kindergarten: At the same time, she also leads the “Bear Group”, one of the regular groups with children between the ages of three and six.
Before Bruckmayer took over the position of kindergarten manager in Reichling, which had been vacant for a long time, she worked for almost a year in the neighboring community of Vilgertshofen at the crèche in Stadl. The mother of two adult children previously taught as a specialist teacher at a vocational school.

After the great excitement last year, when the long-time manager Petra Stäbel suddenly resigned after 20 years after disagreements with Mayor Hintersberger and the position could not be filled for a long time (we reported), there is now calm again in the “Wurzberg Oasis “turned in.
