The new episodes “Hartz and cordial” from the Blockmacherring in Rostock are here! One of the protagonists comes closer to her dream of owning her own home.

The Hanseatic city of Rostock is home to around 209,000 people. Many of the socially disadvantaged families live in Blockmacherring in the Groß Klein district. Since 2020, some of the residents have been accompanied in their everyday lives by the RTLZWEI camera team for the documentary soap “Hartz and warmly”.

“Hartz and warm in the Blockmacherring” – mother of six Sandra wants a house

Sandra, who at the age of 40 is already a mother of six and a grandmother of three, has been part of the show since the beginning. She lives with her husband Tino and three of their children in a five-room apartment in Blockmacherring. But the “hard and warm” protagonist has been dreaming of moving to a house in the country for some time.

Sandra doesn't work, but lives on child benefit, while her husband Tino is now back at work. The couple has been looking for a house for a long time, but so far there have only been rejections. Sandra could imagine that this is due, among other things, to her television presence through “Hartz and warmly,” as MANNHEIM24 reports.

Will “Hartz und cordial” Sandra soon own her own home? – “doesn’t look bad”

Now things finally seem to be going differently! In the latest episode “Hartz und cordial” Sandra explains that they are currently in the middle of the process of buying a house. “We are still waiting for a signature from the owners, then it will go to the bank, but the preliminary inspection doesn’t look bad. So maybe soon I can toast and say 'I'm a homeowner!'"

The cards that a friend gave her on New Year's Eve are said to have predicted this. “It also came out that I would own a house and also have money,” says the 40-year-old.

Sandra wants to leave the office and dreams of having her own craft room

One reason why the family wants to leave Rostock as quickly as possible is the offices. In the past, “Hartz und cordial” Sandra has often clashed with the youth welfare office. Now she wants to escape his strict gaze.

For her new home, the mother of six wants above all enough space to have her own craft room. In her free time, Sandra loves to create so-called “diamond painting” pictures, which she likes to post on her Instagram account. (sks)
