The Rahmäckerweg in Gilching must be completely closed for two weeks. Construction work is being carried out to renew the path surface.
Gilching - As the municipality of Gilching informs, the Rahmäckerweg will be completely closed to all road users due to construction work between April 2nd and 16th, 2024. The aim of the measure is to renew the path surface with a high-quality, water-bound surface layer that requires a specific rest period to achieve the required quality.

According to the municipality, this measure will cause temporary inconveniences, which is why road users are asked to be patient and understanding. During the closure, the municipality recommends the Roman road as an alternative route. The municipal administration is working closely with the responsible construction companies to keep the disruption as low as possible.
