Wow, what a beautiful Easter Sunday! An A-list celebrity went for a walk in the forest near Rosenheim with her family - and into the Simssee.
Rosenheim – Sophia Thiel currently has a lot of appointments coming up in addition to training. After all, the 29-year-old is a candidate in the current “Let's Dance” season and has to face many challenges there. At Easter, the fitness influencer had time for some relaxation - and documented her trip on Instagram. We went for a walk in the forest.

“A perfect Easter Sunday with the family,” she writes about a clip that shows a path and the matching forest in wonderful weather (you can find six great hikes south of Munich here). The sun shines wonderfully through the trees. Flora and fauna - she films a snake, among other things - seem to come out of the reserve. She also marks where she is: The Thiels went to the Simssee near Rosenheim. But Thiel doesn't just stop at admiring the water from the outside, as we see shortly afterwards: she throws herself into the fresh lake.
Sophia Thiel is simply “happy” after Easter bath
She is not alone. This is revealed by another marking. Her sister Bella Thiel, who looks a lot like her, takes part in the spring bath. They both seem to be having a lot of fun splashing around at Easter. Afterwards, Thiel stands on the pier in a blue bikini and – along with a few emojis – only has one word left: “happy”.

For most normal people, a swim in the Simssee on March 31st would still be too cold. But not for Thiel, she almost felt it was warm - because the 29-year-old swears by ice bathing and, for example, got into the water shortly before Christmas. The exercise on Easter Sunday must have made her hungry - because she ends the series of photos and videos with her meal. “Do you understand fun?” was also a topic of conversation in the celebrity world at Easter – although some viewers were not happy about it.
