ZDF “Dream Ship” star Barbara Wussow is worried. There will soon be some upheavals in the family circle - a fact that scares her.

Vienna – For a good five years, ZDF “Dream Ship” star Barbara Wussow (63) has been sailing across the seas and taking numerous TV viewers with her to distant countries. During this time, the actress has already experienced some changes. But it's not just stormy things on the cult ship, the 63-year-old will soon have to live with a big change in her private life too. A change that she fears.

ZDF “Dream Ship”: Barbara Wussow is worried – the reason is a private change

Simone Thomalla found the ZDF “Dream Ship” to be “a cosmos in itself”. There would be ups and downs, losses and happiness. Barbara Wussow will soon have to cope with a personal farewell, her son Nikolaus (26) is leaving the nest at home, as she revealed in an interview with “Freizeit Revue”. And daughter Johanna (19) could also pack her belongings soon, after all, she is about to graduate from high school. What happens after school is still up in the air.

The children become adults, a reason to be proud, but at the same time sadness creeps into the hearts of the parents. A feeling that Wussow also knows, as she says: “It will be terrible. I'm a mother hen." She continued to talk about her fears: "It won't be that fun. I'm very worried about this as a mother. How safe will the world be?” She seeks strength in prayers, as she continued: “I am a believer, I can pray for these things.”

The “Dream Ship” – Who was a ship captain?

Günter König (*1998) was at the helm of the dream ship as Captain Jens Braske (1981 – 1982) for six episodes. He was replaced by Heinz Weiss (*2010) as Captain Heinz Hansen (1983 - 1999), who was captain of the dream ship for 16 years and 16 episodes. He was followed by Siegfried Rauch (*2018) as captain Jakob Paulsen (1999 - 2013) and Sascha Hehn (69) as captain Victor Burger (2014 - 2019). Now pop star Florian Silbereisen (42) takes on the role of captain as Max Parger.
