He recognizes the responsibility of his army. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu admitted on Tuesday that seven employees of the American NGO World Central Kitchen killed in Gaza were killed by an “unintentional” Israeli strike.
“Unfortunately yesterday (Monday) a tragic incident occurred as our forces unintentionally struck innocent people in the Gaza Strip. This happens in a war, we will check until the end, we are in contact with the governments and will do everything to ensure that this never happens again,” he said from the hospital where he suffered on Sunday evening an operation for a hernia.
“An investigation opened” by the Israeli army
Earlier this Tuesday, the Israeli army indicated that it would open “an investigation” to determine the circumstances of this strike. “We will open an investigation to further examine this serious incident. The officer said he had expressed “the most sincere condolences of the Israeli army to the families and the extended family of World Central Kitchen”. In his message, Daniel Hagari speaks of "(WCK's) noble mission of bringing food and humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza." “WCK also came to the aid of the Israelis after the October 7 massacre, they were among the first NGOs to arrive here,” he added. “We will get to the end

The humanitarian NGO World Central Kitchen, based in the United States, accused Israel of having carried out this “targeted attack”.
