. He assured that everything would be done
“to ensure that this does not happen again”.
This tragedy occurred a few hours after the Israeli army announced the end of its operation against al-Shifa hospital, the largest in the territory. This site, in principle protected by international humanitarian law, was ravaged by the fighting.
