The Air Force Officers' School is holding a memorial march for the soldiers who died in the Good Friday battle in Afghanistan on April 2, 2010.

Fürstenfeldbruck - The memorial march will take place on Tuesday, April 2nd, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. This is reported by the city of Fürstenfeldbruck.

The permanent staff will cover a distance of around 14 kilometers with the officer candidates. The planned route is from the air base towards the city center and further along Schöngeisinger Straße to the swimming area on the Amper and back via the footpath/cycle path on the Amper to Fürstenfelder Straße, the park at the Marthabräu-Weiher, the Emmeringer Hölzl and Emmering to the Luftwaffe lead cenotaph.

The march is secured along the route by the police with the support of military police. According to the city, there may be traffic delays.
