It's the story of an Audi stolen in Garges, of a transaction of 400 g of cocaine for 15,000 euros which ends badly in Sarcelles. It is also the story of a miracle, that of a victim who survives a bullet shot in the head. The case which has been on trial since Tuesday morning before the Val-d'Oise Assize Court relates the world of drug trafficking with its confusion, its violence and its weapons.
Two men aged 26 and 27 today are answering for this attempted murder committed in February 2021 in Sarcelles. Their victim, a trafficker involved in the delivery of cocaine and who was waiting for his money, received a 6.35 mm bullet in the head during a fight in a car, right next to the Sarcelles police station. A shot from which Spencer C. miraculously emerged alive and which only caused him 15 days of total incapacity for work.
