Ultra-Orthodox came to Bukum to receive an exemption - just before the expiration of the conscription law/according to Section 27 A of the Copyright Law
The High Court's decision went into effect today (Tuesday), when a first order was sent to yeshiva students, according to information received by Lavalle!. The first order was sent a second time to yeshiva students who had already received service deferrals and because of the High Court's decision, the validity of the service postponement has expired.
The sending of the conscription orders to the yeshiva students follows the decision of the High Court to issue a dramatic interim order, which prohibits the government from transferring funds for the purpose of supporting Torah institutions, for students of Torah institutions who did not receive an exemption or deferment from military service and did not show up for conscription as of yesterday.
Legal Adviser to the Government, Gali Beharev Miara argued that in the absence of a conscription law, the state must prepare to recruit ultra-Orthodox and stop budgeting for the yeshiva. Her answer, Rabbi Miara wrote: "In the absence of a government decision, there will no longer be a legal source of authority that allows for a blanket avoidance of procedures to recruit members of the yeshiva. All authorized state officials will be obligated to act in connection with the recruitment procedures in accordance with the law."

Almost 3 hours: Haredim blocked a road following the High Court's decision
Last night, a group of ultra-Orthodox demonstrators from the Jerusalem faction blocked Highway 4 in protest of the calls for equal burden, on the day when the curfew that allows ultra-Orthodox to be exempted from military conscription expired.
The demonstrators called for "doing everything to prevent the recruitment of ultra-Orthodox" and held signs such as "to prison and not to the army" and "we will die and not enlist". Heavy traffic jams were recorded on the spot, and the police managed to disperse the demonstration after nearly 3 hours.
