Former jungle camper Leyla Lahouar speaks openly about her cosmetic procedures - but what did the reality TV participant actually look like before?
Frankfurt am Main – Leyla Lahouar (27) gained great fame through the 17th season of “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” She took second place on the RTL show and drew attention, among other things, through her flirtation with jungle camp roommate Mike Heiter (31). But even before that, the Frankfurt native was no stranger to reality TV fans - only the 27-year-old looked a little different back then.
Jungle camp runner-up Leyla Lahouar helped with cosmetic procedures
After a long wait and much speculation, Leyla Lahouar and Mike Heiter recently announced that they are a couple. Previously, love didn't really work out for the Frankfurt native: she tried her luck in the (dating) formats "Ex on the Beach" (RTL+), "The Bachelor" (RTL/RTL+) and "Bachelor in Paradise" (RTL+) – but in vain. Some people may not be able to remember the influencer, because Leyla has undergone a visual transformation in recent years.

Leyla has often spoken about what she has had done to her. This includes her lips, which she had injected with hyaluronic acid, and she had her nose corrected. A photo of the 27-year-old on her first reality TV format “Ex on the Beach” shows that the candidate must have already helped with her lips, but her nose apparently had not yet been done at the time.
“A big wish of mine”: Leyla Lahouar had her nose operated on in 2023
Leyla Lahouar took her followers with her during her nose job in May 2023. In an Instagram video she admits: “It's just been a big wish of mine for a long, long time to finally do this.” What bothered her was that her nose was crooked in her eyes and that it had bumps on the sides have. With the operation everything was corrected according to her wishes.

Not only in her private life, but also in her career, everything seems to be going like clockwork for the reality TV participant. Leyla Lahouar has now even landed her first acting role and can appear as a guest on a popular RTL series.
