The north of France experiences a short respite before more rain arrives. According to Météo France, the most flooded areas such as Burgundy will benefit from a day with little precipitation while the South generally remains under the sun.
This morning,
some rain continues to fall in the east of the country as well as on the coasts of the Manche department. The sky is overcast in Brittany, Normandy, Hauts-de-France, the Grand Est and New Aquitaine. Elsewhere, the sky is present, sometimes accompanied by a few clouds. Temperatures range from 7°C to 10°C in the north of the country, from 4°C to 12°C in the south of France. The wind gusts up to around fifty kilometers per hour in a vast northeastern quarter, a little more along the coasts.
In the afternoon,
the gray and the rain progress. They arrive from the west of the country and mainly concern Brittany, Normandy and the Pays de la Loire. In the North-East near the borders, the East and the South, the sun is present. Temperatures range from 11°C to 15°C in the northern half and from 15°C to 19°C in the southern part, which corresponds to seasonal values, or slightly lower.
The wind affects the entire north of the country. The gusts remain of the same order inland, locally a few kilometers per hour more. Along the coasts, it strengthens and reaches up to 90 km/h in Finistère.

precipitation will progress inland and reach Burgundy. It is raining along an axis going from the Belgian border to the north of the Occitanie region. The wind is weakening, except in the North-West.
In Île-de-France,
the morning is cloudy in the north-eastern quarter of the region with temperatures between 8°C and 10°C. In the afternoon, the sky becomes cloudy and temperatures range from 13°C to 15°C, seasonal or very slightly below average. In the morning, the wind blows up to 50 km/h, a little more in the afternoon. In the evening and night, rain should arrive from the north before reaching the entire region.
