A duo of Marseille rappers featured. Soprano and Alonzo will give a free concert on May 8 in Marseille to celebrate the arrival of the Olympic flame, with fifteen other artists scheduled to perform in five other cities where the Olympic or Paralympic flame relays will pass.
Some 45,000 people will be able to attend the launch of the tour free of charge in the Marseille city, hometown of Soprano and Alonzo, whose performance will take place on a floating stage in the Old Port, Coca-Cola, sponsor of the relay, announced on Wednesday. of the flame.
Lujipeka and Chilla in Rennes
Among the artists on the program, the rapper Lujipeka and the rapper Chilla are expected, like the Olympic flame, on June 1 in Rennes, in the Le Liberté room. The singers Santa and Bianca Costa will follow in Saint-Étienne on June 21, the day of the Fête de la Musique, at the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium.

The other planned concerts will take place on July 15 in Paris, Place de la République, July 25 in La Courneuve (Georges Valbon park), other stages of the Olympic flame, and August 27 in Bobigny, where the Paralympic flame will complete its journey. . Their posters will be announced later.
The Soprano and Alonzo concert will take place without reservation. For others, you will have to obtain free tickets via the application of the American soda giant, partner of the Olympic torch relay since the Barcelona Games in 1992, and of the Paralympic torch relay since those of Lillehammer in Norway, in 1994.
