Fastweb enters the electricity market, the objective, explains CEO Walter Renna, is to "contaminate" and "bring innovation" to a market which until now has only moved on the price front, focusing on "quality and simplicity". In fact, the offer is certified through the 100% Guarantees of Origin from renewable sources and is "the only fixed monthly fee depending on the consumption bands, which simplifies life by giving you the certainty of spending on your energy consumption" he explains.
With the same simplicity and immediacy of the fixed price and consumption included offers of the fixed and mobile connectivity service, it is highlighted that Fastweb Energia changes the paradigm of the market because it is the only fixed fee offer for consumption bands with a monthly price that the consumer can choose and know, before signing the offer, a price that includes all items (raw material costs, costs for transport and meter management, costs for system charges, excise duties, VAT), which is always the same, which therefore gives families certainty about their spending. For new Fastweb Energia customers, it is available in three profiles based on annual consumption with the monthly fee blocked for 12 months from the moment the offer is activated.
The goal, explains Renna, is to reach 150 million euros in revenues in three years. Fastweb will purchase energy from some suppliers including Eco Trade and Agsm Aspo and then resell it under its own brand.
