Because Charlotte Casiraghi and Gad Elmaleh were never married, Raphaël is excluded from the succession to the Monegasque throne. His younger brother Balthazar, who comes from Charlotte's marriage to film producer Dimitri Rassam (42), is twelfth in line to the throne behind his mother.
