A major police operation is currently underway in the Memmingerberg community. The affected area is being secured by officers - the operation is ongoing.

This afternoon, April 3, 2024, our editorial team received news of a major police operation in Memmingerberg. When asked by our editorial team, the press office of the Swabia South/West Police Headquarters was able to confirm the operation.

Large-scale operation in Memmingerberg due to suspected shooting - loud bang calls the police on the scene

The emergency services were called to Memmingerberg due to a “suspected shot being fired”. The area, which also includes the Memmingerberg elementary school, is being secured by officials. The search for the person who caused the loud bang is currently underway - the cause of the bang is also unclear. According to the police press office, there are no injuries.
