Road construction online
Information about road construction projects, including the
current project on state road 2063 between Penzberg and Bichl,
is available online: The Bayerninfo system, operated by the Bavarian State Building Administration, continuously collects the most important traffic information from all over Bavaria and makes it available free of charge on
www.bayerninfo.de
and on the BayernInfo Maps app available. According to the Weilheim State Building Authority, real-time traffic data is available for 55,000 kilometers of roads from which traffic jam reports are calculated.
Emergency route for pedestrians, cyclists have to get on the road, 50 km/h speed limit
According to the state building authority, the Schulz company from Großweil is carrying out the path, a pedestrian connection to Rain and other remaining work. First, work should begin on the sidewalk to Rain north of the Loisach. This will be followed by work on the footpath and cycle path. An
emergency sidewalk
will be set up on the road
for pedestrians during this time . However,
cyclists
have to use the road for around 200 to 500 meters. The work means traffic disruptions again. The road on the state road will be narrowed and a
speed limit of 50 km/h
will be imposed in the area between Rain and the turnoff to Langau.
