Major work to be able to reopen

The prefectural decree also deplores the dilapidation of the premises, their lack of maintenance and cleaning. And finally points out the absence of hygienic devices for washing hands as well as a lack of knowledge of good hygiene practices. So many grievances which led to the administrative closure of the business.

Business which will have to carry out major work to be able to reopen. From ovens to blocks, from floors to ceilings, from fridges to attics; the equipment will need to be cleaned, renovated or replaced. Around forty requirements are listed by the prefecture, including training of staff in hygiene rules.
