The Bad Tölz public utilities are modernizing the transformer stations on Sägegasse and Fröhlichgasse. The Kolberggarten car park is only accessible to a limited extent.
Bad Tölz – Since the transformer stations of the Bad municipal utilities at Säggasse 4 and Fröhlichgasse 2 no longer correspond to the current state of the art, a new station was set up at the “Kolbergarten” car park last year. As reported, the Bad Tölz municipal utility company will merge the two existing transformer stations into the new station. Telekom is also laying fiber optics and the city is carrying out sewer construction work.

The construction work, divided into two phases, begins on April 8th and lasts until early/mid-June. During this time, through traffic will be redirected via Osterleite. According to the municipal utilities, the public car park “Kolbergarten” (P11) can be accessed at any time - but only from one direction. Pedestrians can pass through the area, cyclists have to push in the construction area.
One-way regulation on Tölzer Nockhergasse will be lifted during the municipal utility work
In the first phase from April 10th, access and exit to the “Kolbergarten” car park will be via Nockhergasse. The one-way regulation will be lifted there and the bottleneck at the Irlbeck House will be controlled by a traffic light. After around four weeks, the second phase of work will begin in the upper area of Säggasse. From this point on, the “Kolbergarten” car park can only be reached via the Isar Bridge.
Traffic coming from Nockhergasse can drive to Nockherplatz and turn around there. The abolition of the one-way street regulation remains in effect for this period. The energy supplier expects this phase to take around five weeks. Current information can be found on the Stadtwerke homepage (www.stw-toelz.de).

travel via Eisenbergerstraße - Dietramszeller Straße - Osterleite to the municipal utilities and on to the central bus station.
From the school center or depot
towards the central bus station,
the loop is driven via Bahnhof - Eisenbergerstraße, as the bus cannot turn right at the Bahnhofstraße - Osterleite intersection. A replacement stop will be built
