El Gobierno despidió a 400 empleados de la sede central y las 28 delegaciones provinciales del Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENaCom). Este miércoles se vivieron momentos de tensión cuando muchos de ellos intentaron ingresar a las oficinas donde antes trabajaban. Lo mismo ocurrió en otros organismos y dependencias públicas, ya que este fin de semana largo el Gobierno no renovó 15.000 contratos de empleados en todo el país.
El ENaCom es un organismo que fue intervenido a fines de enero por el Gobierno nacional y depende del jefe de Gabinete, Nicolás Posse.
Hubo 30 empleados del ENaCom en Rosario que lograron ingresar a sus oficinas, ubicadas dentro del Correo Argentino, pero a las 10 de la mañana fueron desalojados por la Policía Federal. Los trabajadores además tuvieron que retirar sus pertenencias, pese a que afirmaron que no recibieron ninguna notificación de sus despidos.
"Acá se les permitió el ingreso durante dos horas, pero fueron desalojados, pese a que ninguno está notificado que son despedidos", dijo en declaraciones radialesLorena Almirón, secretaria general del gremio ATE de Rosario.
Y uno de los empleados despedidos del ENaCom agregó: "Nunca vi este trato con los trabajadores. Acá ninguno es ñoqui. ¿Cómo pudimos llegar a esto? El trato es una deshumanización. Me siento una basura".
Los empleados de otras delegaciones también se presentaron a trabajar en las oficinas regionales del ENaCom, porque aseguraron que ellos tampoco recibieron notificaciones del cese laboral. Pero no pudieron ingresar en sus oficinas, en Viedma, Neuquén, San Juan, Salta y Corrientes, entre otros lugares, porque la policía puso vallas y montó un operativo de seguridad para impedir su ingreso.
Luciana Mendez, analista del ENaCom que hace 10 años trabaja en la delegación Corrientes, contó al diario El Litoral que solo pudo pasar 5 minutos a su oficina, para retirar objetos personales, custodiada por dos agentes policiales.

María Liz Blanco was laid off at the Santa Rosa headquarters, La Pampa, along with four other ENacom employees. "We have been in the organization for more than 11 years, we are professionals and we are under the Employment Contract Law, with indeterminate contracts,

The Government's position
Official government sources
acknowledged to Clarín that there was "a problem with the telegrams" of the layoffs,
because they were sent last Thursday and then there were few business days for them to be distributed. But these days "they will reach the employees of the provincial delegations."
The closure of these delegations "is part of our commitment to efficiently manage State resources.

95 employees at the headquarters, 260 in the provinces and 17 "political" contracts, were dismissed.
In addition, there were another 100 employees who "ceased their employment relationship" this year with ENaCom.
